At Carmi Yoga & Wellness, we believe that yoga is so much more than movement—it’s a journey of connection, balance, and healing. Our mission is to support women of all ages and life stages, offering practices that meet you where you are and empower you to feel at home in your body.

 

What makes us different? We place you at the heart of every class. By blending traditional yoga with modern adaptations, we create practices that are deeply personal, safe, and effective. Drawing on both yoga wisdom and medical expertise, we incorporate techniques like fascia release, vagal nerve toning, and somatic movement to work with your body intelligently.

Yoga Class

Classes

Welcome to our women's focused classes in St Neots! We are proud to offer our programs at two fantastic locations: the serene Brook House, a true health and wellness haven, and the vibrant Loves Farm House, where community and energy come together. Join us for an enriching experience designed just for you!

Pregnancy

Prepare for a calmer pregnancy and birth with Carmi pregnancy yoga. This class 70 minute weekly class is a beautiful, safe space lead by a former midwife and award winning prenatal yoga instructor and mum of four. 

We offer you space to take time out to bond with your baby whilst practicing breathing and visualisation techniques for relaxation, labour and birth - whatever your birth choice may be. We combine this with pregnancy specific yoga and a guided meditation to help you feel mentally and physically prepared for the arrival or your little one.

Align

Yoga that moves you fluidly through the month, supporting the natural fluctuations of your energy flow, emotions and cycle bringing them back into alignment.

Using the lunar cycle our guide, this femine yoga style fluctuates as our energy does. Helping us to feel the connection to a deep rooted, familiar cycular lifesytle even when modern life around us demands us to push ourselves beyond our limits. Taking you from feeling fractured to fantastic

Connect

A strengthening yoga using asanas and breath work specifically focused on healing and reconnecting the core, pelvic floor and back muscles, working on bringing back the connection of mind, body and soul. Helping you feel truly strong and connected from within in.

Meditation

Connect and Flow

An awakening yoga class using flowing movement, asanas and breath work to gently awaken the body whilst relaxing the mind. We work on gently strengthening, healing and reconnecting the core, pelvic floor and back muscles.  Working on the connection of mind, body and soul. Helping you feel truly strong and connected from within in.

Mum and Baby

Welcome to our Mum and Baby Yoga class, where you can connect with your little one while nurturing your own body and spirit. This class offers gentle yoga for babies, supporting their neurological, physical, and emotional development. For mums, it's a chance to rest, repair, and rediscover yourself in your new role, with a focus on strengthening and healing after pregnancy and birth. We’ll wrap up our session with a cozy time for tea, tasty nibbles, and heartfelt conversations with fellow like-minded mums.

PERIPAUSE

Discover our feminine flowing classes designed to help you balance hormones and navigate the challenges of the perimenopause phase. Through a combination of breathing techniques, asanas, and meditation, you'll find support to feel your best, regain focus, and work harmoniously with your body's changes. Join us on this journey towards wellness and embrace the strength within you.
